Proton pump inhibitor Finix 20mg Tablet. By inhibiting the operations of an enzyme called H+ K+ ATPase (also known as the proton pump), which is located in the lining of the stomach walls, it lowers the amount of acid generated in the stomach. As a consequence, it lessens the likelihood that acid would reflux into the esophagus, treats esophageal lesions and peptic ulcers, and prevents their recurrence.
Finix 20 lowers the amount of acid your stomach produces. It is used to treat illnesses of the stomach and intestine caused by excessive acid production, including heartburn, acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, and various other conditions of the stomach. Additionally, Finix 20 is used to avoid the acidity and stomach ulcers that may result from using painkillers for an extended period of time. It is a member of the proton pump inhibitors class of drugs (PPIs). Preferably in the morning, this medication should be taken one hour before a meal. Your response to the medication and your underlying condition will determine the dose. As directed by your doctor, attempt to take it regularly at the same time each day
By blocking the gastric H+/K+-ATPase at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell, Finix 20 reduces gastric acid secretion. Rabeprazole has been referred to as a gastric proton pump inhibitor since this enzyme is thought to be the acid (proton) pump within the parietal cell.
